This simple to prepare recipe is
sure to please the most discriminating gourmet. Use fresh
ingredients whenever possible
- 4 Salmon steaks, approximately
200 g. each
- 1 Large tomato, sliced
- 1 Lemon, sliced
- 1 Clove of garlic, diced
- 1/2 cup Fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 cup Fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup Bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1 Bottle Château des Charmes Sauvignon
Blanc
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Cover the inside of a baking dish with
aluminum foil and baste with butter. Place salmon steaks evenly
in the dish. Place tomato and lemon slices on steaks. Arrange
the mushrooms, garlic and parsley around the steaks, sprinkle
them with bread crumbs and season to taste.
Add one glass of Château des Charmes
Sauvignon Blanc. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until
desired tenderness is reached. This dish is best served with
wild rice and a tossed salad.
Serve with Château des Charmes Sauvignon
Blanc.
