Aielli

Ingredients:
4 strip steaks
8 tablespoons butter
½ teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon green peppercorns
2 tablespoons brandy
1/3 cup of sweet cream
Pan fry steaks rare to medium rare.
In a skillet, melt butter and garlic salt. Do not allow it
to brown. Add the green peppercorns. Warm the brandy slightly
and add to the pan. Ignite the brandy and let it burn out.
Add cream. Cook for 2 or 3 minutes. Place steaks in the pan,
turning them once in the sauce. Place steaks on a heated platter,
pour the sauce over them, and serve at once.
