Château des Charmes offers you
an elegant venue for your reception. The use of our marquis-covered Vineyard
Courtyard overlooking the St. David's Bench Vineyard, and three
gracefully-appointed Hospitality Rooms can accommodate both
smaller indoor and larger outdoor wedding receptions.

The Foyer:
Upon entering the Château,
you are greeted by a magnificent curved staircase, accentuated
by a brass chandelier and French doors. This space is
ideal for a guest registry, memorabilia table, and receiving
line. It is also a unique setting for a small indoor ceremony,
where the Bride enters from the upper level and proceeds
down the staircase to join the wedding party on the main
floor. Guests enjoy the ceremony from the balcony above. |
 The
Estate Room:
A large oak wine bar, brass
chandelier and large windows overlooking the St. David's
Bench Vineyard add a classical ambience to this octagonal
room suitable for a cocktail hour or small wedding ceremony.
This room seats 50 guests comfortably for small wedding receptions.
 The
Vineyard Courtyard:
Set on the St. David's Bench Vineyard
and against the backdrop of the Niagara Escarpment, this tented
courtyard provides an exquisite and unique venue for seasonal
wedding receptions from May through October. A surrounding
rose garden, wrought-iron patio furniture and lighting that
adjusts to any ambiance add elegance and romance to this perfect
Niagara
wine country setting. The courtyard seats up to 200 guests
at round tables of 8-10 people. Ceremonies can be hosted on
the lawn alongside the rose garden behind the Vineyard Courtyard.
The Paul Bosc Estate & St. David’s Bench Rooms:
Located on the upper level, these
gracefully furnished rooms include an oak wine bar and seat
30 to 60 guests respectively at round tables of eight. Separated
by an octagonal balcony overlooking the Estate Room, these
rooms are best suited to a cocktail hour, or small wedding
ceremony.
Optional Tours
Entertain your guests while having
photographs taken on the grounds. Guests can enjoy a brief
tour of the winery while they await the beginning of the reception.

Rates
Chateau rental rates apply:
May 1st to October 31st $4000 + GST based on 200 guests.
For each additional guest add $10 + GST.
November 1st to April 30th $2500 + GST based on 100 guests.
For each additional guest add $10 +GST.
Rental rates include the exclusive
use of the Vineyard Courtyard and the Château Hospitality
Rooms from 6:30pm-1am. 60-inch round tables, 6-foot banquet
tables and white or ivory table linens, chairs, tent sidewalls, and glassware for up to 200 guests
are included. Specialty linens, dance floors, and any additional chairs,
tables or tenting may be rented at an additional cost.

Parking
Free parking for up to 75 cars. Dedicated
on-site bus parking.
Kindly note:
A non-refundable deposit of $1000 and a signed contract are required to guarantee reception reservation. An additional
non-refundable deposit of the remainder of the
rental fee is due 90 days prior to the function. Final payment must be secured with a credit card and
is required on the day of the function.
