Chef Mark Picone
It’s not a restaurant. It’s not a cooking school. It’s Mark Picone’s canvas, where this chef-artist can create, showcase his talents and invite people to enjoy his work. In an intimate 800 square-foot high-ceilinged addition to Mark’s home, the culinary studio features the carpentry work of local artisans, and the craftsman of 19th century wood carvers from France, with state-of-the-art kitchen facilities and a dining room where the picture windows offer an expansive vista of Niagara’s countryside. Just outside, a walk-out patio overlooks Mark’s own vineyards, three blocks of Riesling and Cabernet Franc.
